Matching with vacancies is currently performed manually by our recruiters. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly and inform you of any automated evaluation process, including your right to human review.

Legal Basis for Processing

We do not sell your personal data.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Rejected candidates: 6 months.
  • Inactive candidates: 12 months.
  • Placed candidates: 2 years.

You can request earlier deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also object to processing where it is based on our legitimate interest.
