Article 1 – Definitions

LJ Staffing: The sole proprietorship LJ Staffing, located at Keizersgracht 99, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 85115894.

Platform: The website vakmankanjers.nl and associated services.

Candidate: Natural person who registers on the platform.

Client: Company that offers vacancies through our platform.

Agreement: The user agreement between candidate and LJ Staffing.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by LJ Staffing through the platform vakmankanjers.nl.

By registering on our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Services

LJ Staffing provides an online platform where candidates can submit their information so that we can present them to multiple clients.

By registering, candidates give consent for their data – including CV, application information and matching profile – to be shared with carefully selected clients and partners.

No guarantee is given for placement or results.

LJ Staffing reserves the right to refuse candidates without stating reasons.

Article 4 – Registration and Profile

Candidates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Candidates are responsible for keeping their profile information up to date.

LJ Staffing may verify the information provided and request additional documentation.

False or misleading information may result in immediate removal from the platform.

Article 5 – Obligations of Candidates

Candidates must respond promptly to requests from LJ Staffing or clients.

Candidates must inform LJ Staffing immediately if they accept a position through another channel.

Candidates must treat all information received through the platform confidentially.

Professional and respectful behavior is expected at all times.

Article 6 – Fees and Payments

Registration and use of the platform is free for candidates.

LJ Staffing receives fees from clients for successful placements.

No costs will be charged to candidates without prior written agreement.

Article 7 – Liability

LJ Staffing processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.

LJ Staffing is not liable for decisions made by clients who receive candidate data.

LJ Staffing’s liability is limited to direct damage and a maximum of €500 per incident.

LJ Staffing is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.

LJ Staffing does not guarantee the accuracy of job descriptions or client information.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All content on the platform is owned by LJ Staffing or its licensors.

Candidates grant LJ Staffing a non-exclusive license to use submitted content for platform purposes.

Unauthorized use of platform content is prohibited.

Article 9 – Termination

Candidates may terminate their account at any time by sending written notice.

LJ Staffing may terminate accounts for violation of these terms or inappropriate behavior.

Upon termination, data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 – Changes to Terms

LJ Staffing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.

Changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Article 11 – Disputes and Complaints

We encourage candidates to contact us first to resolve any issues.

If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to mediation.

For data protection complaints, candidates may contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Article 12 – Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to this agreement.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
