CNC Milling Operator Job In Eindhoven

Job Description

A CNC Milling Operator sets up and operates computer-controlled milling machines to cut, drill, and shape metal or plastic components to precise specifications, working from technical drawings and CNC programs.

Day-to-day tasks include loading raw material and fixtures, selecting and fitting the correct tooling, loading or adjusting CNC programs, and running production batches while monitoring cutting speeds, tolerances, and surface finish. You measure finished parts with callipers, micrometers, and gauges to confirm they meet drawing specifications, and make fine adjustments to offsets when needed.

This role suits someone with a good technical understanding of machining processes and materials, comfortable reading technical drawings and working to tight tolerances. Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain control systems is an advantage, and a relevant machining qualification (MBO Verspaning or equivalent) is valued.
