Car Mechanic – Automotive Workshops
Job Description
We are looking for a Car Mechanic to work in modern automotive workshops in the Netherlands. You will carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work on different car brands and use diagnostic equipment to identify faults and determine the appropriate repairs.
The position combines practical mechanical work with vehicle diagnostics. It is suitable for an experienced mechanic who is comfortable working with modern workshop equipment and can communicate in English.
Your responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repair work on passenger vehicles.
- Diagnose vehicle faults using automotive diagnostic equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and vehicle-related problems.
- Identify the cause of faults and determine the required repair work.
- Use workshop tools and modern automotive equipment correctly.
- Follow technical information and workshop procedures when carrying out repairs.
- Check vehicles after maintenance or repair work.
- Maintain an organised and safe working area.
What you need
- Previous professional experience as a car mechanic.
- Practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics.
- Experience using automotive diagnostic tools.
- Communicative English.
- Driving licence is preferred.
