Job Description

Description

Operate food production lines in compliance with HACCP and BRC standards. Tasks include line setup, dosing, mixing, packaging machinery operation, allergen changeovers, and hygiene logging. Experienced food operators only — no fruit pickers or basic packers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year food production / food factory experience
  • Familiar with HACCP hygiene principles
  • Comfortable in cold or temperature-controlled environments
  • Willing to work shifts and weekends
  • English communication skills
